No other 3rd parties have access to your data unless the law allows them to do so. We will not disclose your data to any company, except to help prevent fraud or if we are required to do so by law.

Data are held as long as they remain relevant to the purpose for collection. Once no longer required, (whether on paper or electronic format), data are deleted by secure means.
