All the data we process is held on our own IT systems and cloud-based systems. Your data is only shared with 3rd party companies where this is necessary to deliver our services to you. No other 3rd parties have access to your data unless the law allows them to do so. We will not disclose your data to any company, except to help prevent fraud or if we are required to do so by law.

We have a Data Protection regime in place to oversee the effective and secure processing of your data.

How long we keep your data

Data are held as long as they remain relevant to the purpose for collection. Once no longer required, (whether on paper or electronic format), data are deleted by secure means.
